The program is structured to provide deep and focused training in the Jack Cole Jazz technique, as well as the opportunity to collaborate on a creative process developing original Jazz Dance material with Cam Loeser, Choreographer and Artistic Director of COLE JAZZ, and Evy Vaughan, Associate Choreographer of COLE JAZZ.

We are currently raising money for COLE JAZZ's CLUB ACT premiering in Midtown New York on June 10th. This project is a large part of keeping this work alive and passing it on to the next generation of artists. We hope to return next year for another in depth training program, and aim to bring the CLUB ACT to the West End in the future.

LAUREN O'SULLIVAN trained at Bird college, and has continued her training with House of Jazz and Response Movement Method, of which she is a company member. Lauren fell in love with the Jack Cole style during some of Camden's workshops here last year, and she is excited to be revisiting the technique in more detail for these two intensive weeks.

ANITA MANNINGS graduated with distinction for her musical theatre diploma from Bodywork Company in Cambridge and was awarded the “Choreographer’s Award”. Credits include working as principal dancer and choreographer for Siblu Villages in France, performing as principal boy and girl for Chaplins Pantos, working as dancer and actor for Merlin Entertainments and dancing with the St Petersburg Ballet Company at the young age of 14 at the London Coliseum.

Anita was also one of 10 choreographers for “Fluid In Flight” at The Milton Keynes Theatre. She also choreographed a new musical as part of a special youth project in Kosovo in 2022 and she curated her own sold out show “On Paper” at the YATI Islington in 2018 in order to raise awareness of hidden Illness.

​

Anita’s teaching credits include Pineapple Dance Studios, MOVE IT, The Movement Factory, Hire An Instructor, The Cheerleading Company as well as numerous dance schools, primary schools and high schools across London.

KAILTIN NELSON is a Canadian born performer who is excited to bring her craft to London. Living in Vancouver for six years she trained in many different styles such as ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, heels, hip hop, litefeet, and freestyle/improv. Kaitlin has been fortunate to perform in LA at both Vibe and BodyRock competitions as well as Flip the Switch showcase with TwoFourseven Company. Along with competing she has been a part of numerous full length productions with The Source Dance Co. and Quill Collective. She has also been in multiple music videos, short films and recently got to be a skeleton dancer for a Jimin music video. Kaitlin loves to diversify her training with as many different styles and people as she can. 

 

Since being in London she has trained with Sisco Gomez in P:SG Season 11 and House of Jazz Company to further her skills and knowledge.  She is extremely grateful to be learning the Jack Cole style and can’t wait to carry it through to the rest of her dancing.

HANNA BENNET trained at Bird College and is a passionate musical theatre performer who has immersed herself in mentorship under House of Jazz Company, working with choreographers including Stuart Winter, Alan Burkitt and Lukas McFarlane. She is a particularly passionate tap dancer, having been mentored by Jack Evans and involved in his concept videos with one reaching over 1.5 million views (Bury A Friend, 2019). She is also qualified to teach yoga, mat pilates, and reformer pilates.

TATIANA FERREIRA (she/her) Dirty Dancing (Secret Cinema), Third Time Lucky (Artsdepot), Reprise! (Artsdepot). Previously coming from an economics & business background, she pursued her dance training at London Studio Centre. Excited and grateful about a new dance approach after working with Cole Jazz.

LAUREN ASH graduated Addict Dance Academy with a wealth of experience in a variety of dance styles including jazz, ballet, hip hop, tap, latin and commercial. She has danced on camera in a number of projects including a mini musical choreographed by Jo Goodwin.

 

Currently she is training weekly with House of Jazz Company with educators such as Christie Lee Manning, Jared Hageman and Johnny Bishop. As a Pilates instructor, combining dance with Pilates technique has been a transformative experience and Lauren can’t wait to explore this further after the program.

MADISON EMBREY grew up dancing at The Dance Shoppe in Michigan. She graduated from Pace University and the Pforzheimer Honors College in NYC with her BFA in Commercial Dance.

Favorite performance experiences include arena stunt show Marvel Universe Live!, dancing on Modern Love, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt & The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, interviews on Good Morning America, The Today Show & Disney Channel XD, and video game motion capture for Mortal Kombat 11 & Rogue Company. The weekend prior to arriving in London for this workshop, Madison finished touring North America with the arena stunt show, Jurassic World Live Tour, playing the show’s heroine, Dr. Kate Walker. She also did the voiceover for her character. Madison received the Lorna Strassler Award for Student Excellence while studying at Jacob’s Pillow under Chet Walker.

 

When she isn’t performing, she travels the globe sharing her passion of dance with the next generation as a teacher, choreographer and judge!

CHARLOTTE RAVEN trained at The BRIT School before going on to The Urdang Academy. She has also trained extensively with Tap Attack, BalletBoyz, and House of Jazz. Charlotte is thrilled to be working with Camden again after taking part in the workshopping process last year.

TOSCA FISCHER is originally from France and graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (NYC) before starting her professional  career with Royal Caribbean productions. She then joined the international tour of SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER as Connie, first cover Stephanie and reprised the role for the London production of the show at the Peacock Theatre before embarking on a UK tour.

 

This year she performed in HIGH SOCIETY (director Joe Pitcher) at the The Mill in Sonning as ensemble and understudy Liz.

 

Most recently she participated in a pre-production workshop of THE WILD PARTY (Choreographed by Alexzandra Sarmiento).

GEORGIA CHAPMAN graduated from Bird College in 2021 with a BA (Hons) Degree in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre. After graduating, she made my professional debut as Dance Captain and The Enchantress in ‘Beauty and The Beast’ with UK Productions. Georgia then performed as a dancer onboard both the AIDA Nova and AIDA Cosma before joining the cast of ‘London Never Dies’ at The London Cabaret Club. She is now in the original cast of ‘Roxie Rocks Chicago’ also at The London Cabaret Club where she is thrilled to be performing every week.

She is so excited to be a part of the Jack Cole London Program and is grateful to everyone involved for this amazing opportunity. Gerogia has been a proud House of Jazz Company member since 2021 and can’t thank Christie enough for making these experiences available to us.

KATRINA LOPES is a working dance artist, educator, and choreographer. Originally from Lake Country Canada, Katrina moved to Vancouver upon graduation to work with the Source Dance Company and train intensely in multiple styles. Some of her Canadian credits include Heather Laura Gray’s TUNNEL Contemporary Dance Theatre, Marianas Trench, “Sweett Moves” Contemporary dance, and the Inner Ring Circus company.

 

Looking for a change in scenery, Katrina hopped over the pond to London in April 2021. She began working with Christie Lee Manning’s House of Jazz & Response Theatre Company, Christopher Tendai’s CTC Dance Theatre, and joined the West End cast of Harry Potter & The Cursed Child as an aerialist and swing. Katrina’s connection to dance, specifically Jazz grew exponentially since moving to London. She continues to train and share her passion for different jazz styles and techniques through all her classes and choreography.

CIARÁN BEHAN is an Irish born performer currently based in London.
